Beautiful hotel

From the moment we arrived at the hotel it was perfect
We were checked in by the lovely reception staff Klea and Sabine, who explained everything and were always on hand if we had any questions.
The room were spacious and very clean.
As were the hotel grounds and pool areas which were kept immaculate.
Staff were all so friendly and always smiling.
The buffet restaurant had a variety of tasty dishes with the menu changing daily.
The spa area was relaxing and very calming
Would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to come back again.

Luxury, Great view, Quiet.

Had an amazing experience. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, and the service was truly outstanding. A special thank you to Receptionists Klea and Sabina for their professionalism, kindness, and sorting out swiftly any small concerns we had. Staff in general made the whole experience feel welcoming and memorable from start to finish. You can really tell the staff care about the guests. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Royal G Max wasn't really what I was expecting. First of all, we booked a standard double room but upon checking in they gave us a very small and tight room. It wasn't what was advertised. Complained to loveholidays and fortunately they were able to upgrade us into a family room with much bigger space and a sea view. Secondly, food served during our all inclusive stay was really good. There's nothing much to complain apart from the repetitive breakfast, the drinks you have to queue for a bit longer because it wasn't self service, and the limited option for the alcoholics. Lastly, I question the sanitation quality of room because I had plenty of bed bug bites during our stay. They don't even provide cover for duvets. The quality of room cleaning is questionable as one time they just left the duvet on top of our luggage with a big roll of rubbish bag. It was as if the cleaning was done in a rush.
Overall, our stay did not meet the quality of a hotel that claims to be a 5 star. However, I commend Sabina, the receptionist, for helping us resolve our issues despite being very busy.
