Bad Choice

When we arrived at this hotel at 3am after travelling more than 24 hours the receptionist could not see our reservation on the system and refused our stay. We produced our receipt and copies of email conversation with the hotel but he wasn't interested. He called his manager at home and he also refused to acknowledge our booking and refused to speak to us. We had paid 100% of the bill. Eventually we got a room at 9am. The carpet and general state of the room was unclean. Poor shower. Breakfast was poor selection. Customer service was appalling. The airport shuttle was also unavailable on our flight arrival 2am. I would not recommend this hotel, avoid at all costs!

Do not exceed one star

Very bad hotel, the rooms have a very small shower.
Total lack of hot water in the showers despite changing the room three times.
The buffet without quality
The shuttle and transport to the airport are always late

how to explain my experience in this hotel already I was planning to tell you that I had already come 3 years ago when it just opened impeccable experience but this was the worst stay I could have had and I have traveled a lot in the world first of all the reception staff was very good the problem was the cleaning staff on floor 9 I think I ran into the worst person of my life as soon as I arrived she says that she knows France well, her family and Aubervilliers, she FaceTimes this family while I'm typing, I've known her for 2 minutes, in short, as I'm polite, I answer but I'm very uncomfortable afterwards I felt something strange because she stared at my watch after that I told her not to clean my room I went out I put all my valuables in the safe as indicated on a big sign in the room which states that the hotel has nothing to do with stolen objects if they are not in the trunk so that already worries me when I return I notice that the objects have moved are missing ex perfume I say nothing we have it usual with cousins that things disappear it's no big deal and the next day I tell her that I'm staying when she cleans the room she hits me in scandal insulting me shocked I film for proof I ask to see the people in charge show her even is shocked at what has just happened he dismisses her immediately and asks her to put her things down I tell myself that it's settled and that it's a good thing done for the hotel the next day again I see her again and she insults me by telling me that she was going to wait for me outside that she knew people in France, in short, unbelievable. go to Fort Point or the Sheraton or there are other hotels which are much better too bad for this hotel I liked it

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. There is no hair dryers in the rooms, no tea bags, no milk. I had to call the reception to have small towels. I had to change the room because the one I was first given was smelling tobacco too much, so people do smoke in rooms because I assume the hotel does not have a smoking alarm. The access to the Gym is on extra payable to access the Spa, which is not what a 5 stars hotels or any other hotel do usually.
The only positive note in this hotel is the massage therapy which is an extra you have to pay for.
