A Great hotel

À very clean and quite hotel i enjoyed everything there specially the kind crew working there, I arrived almost midnight and the coffee shop was closed but they did serve me with a nice cup of coffee, the room was nice and tidy very clean with a queens bed ️ the room smells really nice, the location of the hotel is nice with a parking I really recommend it

We booked delux double room. We booked two. One was perfect was was smaller than a single room. With a wall glass see through with a curtain. Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. Hotel never answered. I asked for a refund as the room is not just below expectations is not worth . But no help or apology was provided by the hotel. So we just lost money on a room that we felt unsafe and not what we paid for. Extremely disappointed

Ups and downs

I stayed 4 nights at the property and overall it was a pleasant experience.
We had a very spacious and clean family suite, which made our stay comfortable.
Breakfast was varied and well presented, however the supply was rapidly running out and was not always renewed. The answer to this question was often that there were no products available. For example, when I asked for cereal for my son, I was told that there was none left.

To flee and too expensive for that

No towel in the room when we arrived, we had to ask 4 times at the reception before having any and 2 days later same problem. On top of that, we feel like we disturb the Welcoming staff when we ask for something.

Could be better /not as expected

Overall , nice and friendly but food needs serious improvement ( especially for the price you pay on the buffet), housekeeping bringing stuff separately every hour or so and neither on the website nor when you book, they tell you that for the hot tub/Sauna you need to book and pay extra (when I booked, I called to ask about the spa, they said they have one but did not mention the extra fees which are quite high).
