Wish I could have stayed longer

I definitely recommend this spot. First of all, I want to say that the proprietor, who was unable to be there in person was super communicative and helpful on WhatsApp after my flight was delayed by nearly a day and help with getting a taxi to the airport at an ungodly hour.
The hotel is quite nice and my room was so nice and very comfortable. Strong wifi, hot water, and I could make coffee in the morning. (Breakfast was included but sadly I had to leave too early to enjoy it. Some nice common areas with seating both inside and out.
I was able to walk many places from the hotel, including to the long peninsula where many restaurants are.

In the heart of the city

My room was small and a little cramped, mold in the bathroom. The "Casas" are right next to the National Museum" within a walking distance of 15 minutes to the "Magistrale Av 4 Fev". Very helpful staff, organizing a late check out and always being there for you if needed. Breakfast is good, with different egg variations, bread and fruits.

Well built 15 room guest house for overpriced Luanda.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights, met at LAD Airport by their driver, who delivered us next to the Museum of Natural History at 5PM. A security guard opened a door into a new wood/steel fence where we met the nice English-speaking manager. Hugo copied our passports, answered our questions and showed us upstairs. Room #510 was tiled and opened to a tightly fitted queen bed, desk with chair, refer and an insulated window opening to trees. The room had excellent satellite TV(Al Jazeera, Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, BBC and more channels), quiet AC, good secure WIFI and was serviced daily.
A large closet with a safe came before the bathroom with a shower/tub, an opening window and strong exhaust. There was liquid soap at the tub and sink.
The 7:30AM lobby breakfast buffet was late and unpredictable; it could include juices, fruit, basic cereal, an egg, cold meat/cheese, breads/jam/cake and coffee/tea.
The difficulty here is payment;
-US$ cash is best with their premium rate exchange into kwanza.
-Since my VISA credit card was denied in the hotel’s portable unit, I made VISA debit card withdrawals of 40,000k(~$80) at the BAI Bank ATM before 9AM, as they had run out of cash the previous afternoon.

Home away from home

We stayed here upon arrival in Luanda and for one night before departure from our Africa trip. The hospitality was fantastic.
Rooms are very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Each room has air conditioning. The meals served are very hearty.
We also greatly appreciated that there was not a strict checkout time which allowed us to be flexible with our travel plans.
We used Google Translate app on our phone and downloaded the Portuguese dictionary, and that worked very well with the staff.
Wi-Fi is solid.
Staff are VERY friendly and accommodating and sweet.

Тихий, домашний, уютный отель. Скромный завтрак: тосты, яичница, йогурты, чай, кофе. WiFi в номерах на третьем этаже слабый, часто пропадает. Удобно расположен недалеко от центра. Цена для Луанды приемлемая.
