Booked Double/Twin got family size apartment! Que Bueno!

Location is good, place is very clean and has a pool which is nice. We booked a double / twin room and got a nice family size apartment. Air conditioning in the apartment and a smaller unit in the bedroom, we had a tv, gas stove, fridge and small balcony. the rooms are cleaned every morning and they restock you with biscuits, tea / coffee etc. I would stay there again. The only issue is there is free wifi and routers everywhere but I couldn't get a stable connection, apart from that it was fine.

Big disappointment

Fotos were good but didn't tell the truth: swimming pool was very dirty and couldn't be used; in room were only one towel, one cup, one class... Wifi was very unstable, aire conditioning droped water to floor, tv cables had to screw in because they were loose and they called breakfast two boxes bisquits and tee and coffee bags... Personal wasn't very helpfull and I had to ask three times to get things that were missing althouh they promised every time. We have travelled quite a lot and have seen many places but this was really bad.

Just terrible

Really bad hotel. Apartments are really dark and old. The beds are terrible. The kettle on the stove had a lot of strange sticky stuff inside and smelled so bad we didn't dare to make tea of coffee. The included breakfast consists of only crackers and marmalade. The pool was empty even though it was advertised on booking.com. When asking about this, they said it wasn't their problem and refunds or a lower price was out of the question even though we specifically booked this place for the pool. When asking to speak to the manager, the guy at the reception claimed he had no way of getting in touch with him. Do not stay here. Plenty of other places to go to in Mendoza.

They could have done better

Staff spoke little to no english and even in spanish they were not very welcoming. Since there were no precise descriptions of the bed arrangment in rooms, we booked one room to many and hotel was far from flexible on dealig with it. Rooms are quite big and a three person apartment will feature two rooms with one double + two sigle beds. But the bedsheets and all the enviroment is used too long and not loking for a nice impression. WiFi has low signal in rooms. Breakfast included means cookies on the table in your room.
Free parking is good bonus and hotel is located near the centre, so there is an upside.

Not that good price-value relation

It is an average hotel in this city full of places to stay. It is not that cheap, and I know that you can get a better placer for the same price. I mean, if the city is packed, do not hesitate to go there. The apart is ok, breakfast is kind of poor, service personnel is pretty good, and the location is alright. I thought that the location was great, and it is actually not. They have parking but the system is kind of complicated. To summarize, you can get a better hotel for the same price, but it is not that bad this one.
