Terrible experience.
Awful service.... The internet and TV did not work..... the room was old.... Bathroom with low water pressure. Very bad breakfast. The only thing worth it is the good location....

ROOMS WITHOUT HYGIENE AND CARE
Facilities are abysmal and the toilet does not exist in this place, bad bathrooms and rusty accessories. I recommend not staying at this hotel because of poor hygiene and declining hotel

Deception and deception
Those who see the photos of the hotel, imagine something completely different from reality.
I had a very disappointing hopedage. The positive points of the hotel are only two: the education of the hotel staff and the breakfast, which is good for a three-star hotel.
In addition, the reform of the lobby hides the reality of the rooms (or, at least, the room we stayed in). As soon as the door opens, you realize that the hotel was probably a building of very old small apartments. Old and poorly preserved. The floors are still tacos and the furniture is all old: poorly preserved wooden cabinets, carcomed and poorly preserved doors, wiring by external channels, bed with poor quality mattress, furniture of what was a small kitchen supported by just a few pieces of wood below the counter.
The bathroom is also unpleasant: when opening the shower, the bathtub tap does not close completely even with the register fully activated, the discharge was with a leak that produced a constant noise, when taking a bath, the curtains (there is no box) already a little yellowed by the time and that do not cover the entire bathtub can not contain the water that inevitably ends passing to the bathroom floor. And to make it worse, they do not provide any kind of rugged carpet or floor to minimize the consequences of the inevitable flooding. The toilet paper is simple and rough.
In the room, still, there are few sockets and difficult access for those lying in bed. The Wi-Fi in the room works only based on luck and always precariously. The internet is bad and I watched other guests complain about it at the reception as well. If you need to work or do something that requires only reasonable internet access, it is necessary to go to the lobby.
Finally, the pictures and descriptions of the hotel contrasted with reality, we feel misled. I do not recommend.

Great location, lack of maintenance
Little remains of that hotel, the most valuable its location.
Much to improve, lack of maintenance. Elevators not working, bad internet signal throughout the hotel.
Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff, willing to help. They allow you to leave your luggage hs before and after check in if you need it.

I don't recommend it.
We did not have a good experience, we were in one room, then we were changed because we warned that there was a lot of gas smell, when we moved in the same floor to the next room I forgot a blue gray Levis pants, when I warned in the concierge they did not give me any solution. The pool was dirty. It could be a good hotel, but I don't recommend it
