I booked a night, July 9th, and I was not received by anyone, they only left instructions via WhatsApp and the keys in a box, the room was not the one I booked, with many details that were not as contracted, for example: the bathroom did not have a bidet and the sink did not have hot water and barely a trickle of cold water came out, both the basin and the faucet were detached and very loose, the faucet had to be moved because it hit the basin, a very small and uncomfortable bathroom, the toilet flush button was broken and it was leaking water, although the bed was fine, the blankets were heavy and old, and what I did not like is that almost at the height of a bed there was a power strip hanging where the TV and a small refrigerator were plugged in. My granddaughter slept with all the cables right over her bed. The area seems quiet and the place too, but the bathroom service could be improved, since it is very important when it comes to personal hygiene. Very old furniture, ceiling fan, and ceramic stovetop. A lot to improve, I clarify that they did NOT give me the contracted room, they gave me a triple and the one contracted was a quadruple and with a full bathroom (it had a bidet) I did not complain because I arrived late to rest and I left early, and there was also no one in charge to complain to.
