The entrance of the hotel is very different from the hallways that lead to the rooms. The entrance is nice and gives the impression that the interior will be equally modern, but the reality is very different. The hallways to the rooms look old, very different from the entrance.
In the room, I reported that the closet furniture was deteriorated, in poor condition, and there was even visible rust on the metal part where clothes hang. They wanted to fix it, but I was not going to sleep with the smell of paint or varnish. This should be checked before the guest arrives, not during. Additionally, although there was a kettle, there was not a single tea bag, let alone cups. There were also no glasses or complimentary bottles of water upon arrival. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and at no time did I receive a bottle of water, which is something that is usual in hotels of the same category.
The breakfast is very good and varied; however, a time slot must be reserved due to the supposed high occupancy. This was quite uncomfortable for me, especially since the time slots were only 30 minutes, something that had never happened to me in other hotels.
The most remarkable thing, without a doubt, is the staff. Bruno was very kind, always attentive and willing to help us with everything we needed. Ariana was also very efficient, and there was another young man, I believe the manager, who was very helpful, as well as another guy who even lent us his train cards (I apologize for not remembering their names), all very helpful. Thank you very much to them for their excellent attention. I would not return nor would I personally recommend it.

Very good
The hotel is very good, room quite spacious. But the internet needs to improve because at several times I was without access until I could enter the room because the entrance is only possible through an application.

Disappointing
I do not recommend this hotel. We had trouble with the discharge from the bathroom as soon as we arrived, we got with an employee trying to make up until 1:00hrs in the morning. According to them, there was no apartment available for exchange at the time. We were unable to use the bathroom until the next day, when I addressed the reception and asked to provide a bathroom because we were with children and had no more to wait. We requested the exchange of apartment, we went for the tours and when we arrived they had not yet made the exchange. After the release from the other apartment, part of our luggage was not in the new room, nor in the old one, was in a third apartment. Imagine the wear. I believe there is a lack of maintenance in the structure and preparation of the employees. At another point, I ordered some sugar for my son and was told there was no sugar at the hotel. They are details that make a difference at the time of the choice.
