Real rest on the beach.

Very good location, in Carilo, 150 mts from the sea, and 250 mts from the shopping center. Very well equipped cabins, heated outdoor pool, plus pool and jacuzzi in a closed dome. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

Total lack of maintenance in cabins and common spaces.

Total lack of maintenance. Broken mosquito nets, black out in bad condition, disastrous bathroom, fan that does not regulate, pool area with lack of maintenance. One night I set the kitchen stove on fire and burned his hand and hair on his leg, arm, eyelashes and head. The kitchen was obviously in bad shape and they changed it the next day. Shame, the cabin was not habitable. It's serious what happened...
It is not worth going to this place under the current conditions.

regrettable, spider webs everywhere, flies, etc. Three times I claimed to have my toilet chain fixed and on the last day they fixed it seemingly fine. Shower a mess, it's just changing the rain artifact... Broken window screens, black outs too.
Finally and most seriously, I wanted to light a kitchen stove and I BLOW MYSELF up. I BURN my hand, the hairs on my arm, leg, head, eyebrows and eyelashes. Obviously the oven was in bad shape. The next day they changed it, but the damage was done and putting people at risk. What happened was serious and the lack of empathy of the administration was total, not that of the boy who was at night.
Directly there is no maintenance, they settle with people's complaints....
Obviously I do not recommend it, the day they do a renovation and general maintenance is surely another story. But today is deplorable!!!
The best is breakfast, which is very good.

ALMOST A STORY

A lovely place, beautiful cabins, a very friendly breakfast, covered pool to enjoy all year round, entertainment for children, staff for the boys to have activities. Close to the center, very well located. a dream place.
