Recommended in concord, excellent modern cabins with tasteful decoration. The deck with grill very good. They're pet frendly that's very good. And the pools open 24 hours at the ideal temperature. Very friendly staff. We spent some very nice days

Alright.
The hotel is good, it has hot springs, self-service nearby if you need it, it is pet friendly and the size of the hotel is quite good. What did lead me to lower points is that there is literally no privacy, there is no restaurant or breakfast, there was no oven (in room 2, which was my turn) and the grill was rusty. The good thing is that we enjoyed the hotel with the dog that appears in my profile.

Very good place
Clean, excellent service, and incredible price, very clean pools, at a very pleasant temperature, quiet place, which lends itself to relaxation.
Ideal to go as a couple, or with children, I would really go again as many times as I can, you don't have to miss it

Amazing Amanzi
Amanzi Termal is located within a Thermal resort that houses a couple of other hotels. The place is quiet and they have put their efforts to provide a cosy and warm place dominated by nature, pebbled paths and lovely decor. Nothing too fancy but in all, quite agreeable. Rooms are spotless clean. Staff, friendly. They cater two kinds of accommodation: a regular double room (yes, just one) which is small but not tiny; and apartments ready to host up to 4 people, all of them with barbecue and a private parking spot. The view is better from the apartments. The place where the hotel is located is a bit secluded but the city centre (less than 8km away) provides for all your needs.
Why a 4 and not a 5 star review then, you may ask yourself? well, the answer is breakfast! We arrived 15 minutes past the opening time, and my impression was that we were the only ones awaked on that Sunday morning. Things were not ready yet, and instead of putting all their efforts so we can have the same experience others will probably have later on that morning, they expected us to state exactly what we were going to need. We were asked if we were going to require coffee, then milk, then if we rather have cereals or toasts, etc. We managed to get all we wanted 15 minutes later but the offer for butter took till the end of our breakfast to take place. Not a terrible experience, of course, but I believe in order to set some standards you need to make sure to provide every single visitor the same experience, full-length. They got things right just need to make some small adjustments.

Una pena. Necesita urgente mantenimiento y limpieza.
El lugar es agradable, y la cercanía a las piletas que están habilitadas las 24 hs es positivo.
Pero yo no estoy cómoda en un lugar que le falta limpieza y mantenimiento. No entiendo los comentarios positivos sobre este lugar.
Al retirarme se lo dije a la gerente, que se mostró sorprendía por mi queja. No hablo de una tela de araña o mugre en un rincón. Hablo de cosas que no se limpian hace años!!!
Fuimos con mi marido y mi hija de 3 años. A ella decidimos bañarla en una silla de plástico o a upa porque nos daba asco la bañera. La cama mal hecha. Las sábanas dudosas. La vajilla mal lavada. Hongos en la ducha y en todo el baño. Ni hablar del piso y las ventanas. Le faltaban pilas a los controles remoto. El aire del living no funcionaba bien. La vajilla no es completa como dicen. Tuvimos que reclamar toallas. La heladera no tenía estantes en la puerta. Esta escapada se vio empañada por el abandono del lugar.
De todas maneras, si todo esto mencionado se solucionará, volvería muchas veces. Pero así, no.
