My favorite place to vacation.
Excellent place to rest and enjoy the mountains, excellent breakfast, excellent cleanliness, I always go to the two storey boutique cottages that are on Eden Avenue because they are comfortable and with garage in front of the cottage. The heated pool is always with good temperature, beautiful park too. All well maintained and excellent care from all staff.

super recommended
We stopped only one night but we would have stayed many more days, we went as a family 4 people, 2 girls 7 and 11 years and two adults.The cabins are very comfortable, have AA and heating, safe and alarm in the cabins. Everything super clean and well maintained. The heated pool is spacious and at perfect temperature. The staff very good and ready. they had to play metegol. The location is unbeatable near the center of La falda. have nice view to the hill, recommend

An excellent deal in a lovely location
We stayed as a group of five adults in one cabin. It was a little tight, but the cost was really very good, so we can't complain at all. That a generous breakfast was part of the deal added to the appeal! The situation of the cabins, at the upper end of La Falda, is great, and the facilities, including a large pool, are well kept. Very much to be recommended!

Not a great experience
We arrived to this place with all expectations, but with no lucky. The infrastructure is really nice, the cabins are modern, and the normal and heated swimming pool are nice. But, we chosen this cabins because they're also a spa and when we wanted to use the spa they didn't respond as we expected. When we were to use the hot tub the water bomb did break, and then, when we were using the sauna, the cabin suffered a power outage and we didn't receive any response from the reception. Also, the breakfast is very poor.

Estimado Sr EmilianoV, agradecemos el tiempo q Ud. ha utilizado para la realización de su comentario, además agradecemos las apreciaciones positivas sobre las cabañas y la piscina. Con relación a no poder cubrir sus expectativas en ntro spa, le solicitamos las disculpas del caso, pero a su vez queremos aclarar que la rotura del hidromasaje es una situación fortuita que puede darse en cualquier momento y en cualquier spa, más allá del mantenimiento q la empresa haga sobre sus instalaciones. En lo relativo al corte de energía sufrido mientras estaban en el sauna, eso se debió a un corte general de electricidad en la zona, hecho no atribuible al complejo. Por último consideramos que un desayuno integrado por infusiones varias, cafe, leche, medialunas, criollos, tostadas, mermeladas, manteca, jugo, yogurt y cereales, es más que el desayuno continental mencionado para temporada baja en ntra. web y en ntra. planilla de reserva. Sin otro particular saludamos a Ud. y flia. muy atte.

OK place, but poor cabin and they charge for everything
The place per se is fine, nice pool and nice setting of cabins. However seems a bit overpriced for what they offer. We took a larger cabin and, sadly, was an old one. The new cabins seem nicer, not sure. Our cabin smelled funky, there was a small gas leak (which I reported not sure was taken care off), and we found a scorpion in the bathroom (I don't think was a poisonous one, but it was not fun), the heater did not work and we had to call maintenance (they came and fixed it).
The worst part is that you pay for the cabin, then you have to pay extra if you want to use the indoor pool, then if you want to use the jacuzzi you have to pay extra!!! I thought that was a joke. If you want your room clean you have to call daily and request, otherwise they won't. Check out is at 10, quite early, when we asked if we could check a bit later so to have breakfast, we got a robust "no" for answer (almost rude).
People overall were quite friendly (minus the checkout girl) and nice, the general areas well kept, but to many issues, charges and not nice cabin, will not be coming back and would not recommend it.
