Highly recommended
Excellent service both at breakfast and in the dining room. The gentlemen who parked the cars were very attentive. The breakfast is exquisite and varied. Both lunch and dinner options are very tasty and well presented. I want to highlight Franco at breakfast and the genius Luciana who served us spectacularly last night!!!!

Getaway from friends
Although I live in Mar del Plata, I had the opportunity to know the hotel, inside, the facilities and enjoy this beautiful boutique hotel for three nights, with one of my best friends. Perfect plan!!
The hotel is beautiful, divine room, divine spa, sauna, a luxury to enjoy the heated pool, has different water jets, jacuzzi, and even have a projector, yes! Cinema!!, you can enjoy a movie , comfortable from one of its restrooms or as I did: inside the pile!
The restaurant is super recommended, (I already knew it), we go often, as it is excellent! Both Service and dishes!!are unmissable, at noon they offer executive menu). The cafeteria is also excellent.
The employees, everyone, were super friendly!
I would just like to make an observation; in the morning, in the sector where they offer you breakfast, there is a portrait holder, which informs us that it is not “Self Service”, it is located on the side, (you can not see), they should place it in a more visible place; it happened to us, that since there was no one, we tried to serve ourselves with my friend and they told us that it was not allowed, that the service was in charge of the staff ... the situation in which we were very embarrassed!, but then we noticed , that it happened to other guests, in fact to several ... and it is shocking ... In addition, they should comment on everything that is offered at breakfast, (beyond what is displayed), such as: cream cheese, jam, dulce de leche, butter, etc, is available, but you do not see it and they do not offer it... None of these observations of course do not tarnish the hotel, at all, I comment with the best of intentions, because I know that it can be reversed.

Excellent proposal.
Beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms. Excellent care from arrival in the morning hours, until my departure, with storage of my luggage to remove a few hours later. Varied offer at breakfast and again, very good service from their staff.

Poor treatment of guests
One of the receptionists when I made my disclaimer because I had been robbed in the room was unprofessional in her performance, gave me a hard time being that they have to take care of what happens, they did not know how to resolve the situation

Very good hotel but they do not take care of their own mistakes. I booked from Tuesday, July 15 to Thursday, July 17. I paid for the stay and the reservation arrived with check in at 15:00 and check out on Thursday at 19:00 hs. At 10:30 am on Thursday the 17th we went out for some shopping and they sent me a whatsapp to tell me that we had to leave the hotel. We came back and showed him the reservation with check out at 19:00 hs told me that it was surely a mistake of theirs but that we still had to leave. As I was informed the check was 7:00 pm and if the hotel was wrong, it is appropriate that they comply with the commitment since the fault is not the passenger but the hotel. The room was available because I was offered to pay half a stay so we stayed until 19:00hs. We had a reservation at a restaurant at noon that we had to cancel to leave the room. Despite the bad time they put us through, they never took over and we left without receiving at least an apology from the hotel for not fulfilling the reservation. The quality of guest service is discounted and leaves much to be desired. The hotel does not have a lobby and the only common area is the confectionery that is shared with customers who are not staying in the hotel. We do not have lunch or dinner at the hotel but breakfast for variety and quality is a 3 star hotel maximum. The hotel is very well presented and they are in good general condition but that detail of the check out and that they did not take charge obliges me not to leave the best rating.
