Great hotel but awful breakfast
The hotel is clean, receptionists very attentive, but the breakfast is bad! There's no egg, no ham and cheese, there's nothing! All I had was croissant, sliced bread, butter and jelly to put on the bread. Suco I think it was packaged. Horrible! Even the black coffee tasted like water with chlorine, as if it was made with tap water.
In contrast, the location is perfect! From to Aristtides on foot, there are several barzines and restaurants on the street of the hotel, close to the square, close to markets... ice cream shop... everything.

Worst hotel in Mendoza
Very bad hotel. The state of the rooms and bathrooms leaves much to be desired. Lack of maintenance in all aspects and dirty. The towels had years of use and the hard sheets like a sandpaper and with a smell of bleach or detergent that made it difficult to sleep.

Both Erica and Rodrigo and the rest of the staff took care of us very well, indicated where to eat and how to drive around the city.
The room was spotless and has all the amenities, of course the hotel is in the heart of it and has everything nearby, parks , restaurants and the best of the city is in the surroundings

Great location, but breakfast and parking need to improve a lot
I stayed here one night with a friend, in a room with two twin beds, and for a short stay complied mainly because the location is one of the strongest points of the hotel. It is in a very convenient central area, close to squares, restaurants and places that you can easily walk to, so from that side getting around Mendoza becomes simple. The hotel was clean overall, the room was functional, the air conditioning was fine and the internet was acceptable, that is, the basics were covered.
At the same time, the place feels colder than it should. The atmosphere is not warm, welcoming or charming; it feels quite flat and lacks personality, especially at the entrance and in the restaurant part. Small details like carpets, curtains, pictures and softer decor would make quite a difference. The room itself was fine for a night out, but it is neither memorable nor luxurious. In that sense, the price-quality ratio closes more by the location than by the level of the hotel.
The cleanliness, in my case, was fine, but the hotel seems to be somewhat inconsistent because other reviews also show mixed experiences with room maintenance. The noise level also seems to depend quite a lot on luck: some say it’s relatively quiet and others mention noise problems, so I wouldn’t sell it as an especially quiet or restful place. As for the service, I didn’t have a major problem, but it’s not one of those hotels where the attention is what you’re most caught on tape.
The slackest thing, for me, was breakfast. It was extremely poor, with very little variety, very little substance and almost nothing really rich. The view from where it is served is probably the best thing about that whole experience, because the food needs serious improvement. Amenities-wise, the pool was out of order during my stay, and parking is a real problem: if you don’t get there early, you may run out of room inside and end up leaving the car on the street. In short, I would say that this hotel is primarily for those who prioritize location and basic functionality, but not for someone who expects a good breakfast, reliable parking or a warmer and more manicured atmosphere.

Great location
Good staff and excellent location. The pool is located outside the hotel. It would only improve the breakfast variety
