The most beautiful view of Nahuel Huapi

The views of the Nahuel Huapi, from the rooms, the dining room and the different lounges of the hotel is very beautiful, the heated pool also seemed very nice, good service, food and recommended experience, I would love to come back!

Acceptable price quality

The rooms are old, the bathroom if restored to new. Water pressure is missing.
The pool is not air conditioned as indicated, only covered, the views are amazing. Breakfast is normal meets a 3 star as is the hotel.

Very nice hotel

I went in January 2025. I loved the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. Comfortable shower too and the water comes out very hot. The view of the stunning lake. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have an ice cream maker.
Close to the center, you can even walk and stop collective 50m.
Breakfast very varied, cereals, pastry, cold cuts, fruits, scrambled eggs, all very rich.
The heated pool very good, clean and ideal temperature.
Because of the bad reviews of the restaurant, I never had lunch or dinner at the hotel.
But everything else excellent and very friendly staff.

UNPRESENTABLE

Don't be carried away by the view of the place... there are surely many better hotels. The reception and cleaning people very well. Those in the bar are very rude (maybe underpaid). Unpresentable management. We do not recommend it at all. People in charge who should do something else

It's not a hotel....

It's not a hotel, it's a kindergarten designed for quinceañeros.
If that's not your profile, look for another accommodation.
You will have restricted hours because young people have exclusivity, poor and sparse menu, you will not be able to have a beer because you are only sold during adult dinner hours, etc.
The staff is very friendly but over-exploited and you see them exhausted doing what they can and the place is lovely. I wish I changed owners.
Find another place.
