Phone reception never answer, pool clean at 1pm instead of in the morning

Very bad breakfast. The glamor that this hotel had was very quiet that great shame, I came when coming to this hotel was of excellence, only a structure remains nothing more

CURRENTLY LACKS QUITE A LOT OF MAINTENANCE

We stayed four nights with my husband in December, to spend Christmas. It is a hotel that surely had a period of splendour, but currently lacks quite a lot of maintenance. The room was comfortable, accessed by stairs. The breakfast on the first day seemed complete, but as time went by the products were the same, you could see the fruit salad a little acidic. The crescents, breads and cheese were dry, the juice was horrible. We were alone throughout the stay. When booking we were advised that there was an event, as they have a party room, but we had no inconvenience. The unfortunate thing was the condition of the pool, it was dirty and even deep down we could see plastic elements that never cleaned. It has a large but very neglected park, with some restrooms that were not in condition to use and broken glass cups that remained from the night of the celebration. I only emphasize the excellent care of all staff. For the price paid I would choose another place. It is located several blocks from downtown, but nearby are places to eat, where the dishes they serve are plentiful and inexpensive.

Very expensive for what they offer.

While it is a hotel to stop at night en route to another location, it is very expensive for what it offers. The best was the reception, Christian, very friendly. The hotel is unkempt, the pool was broken and, the breakfast fruit, you could tell it was old. Good location, the garage and the pool looked great.

A spacious old and neglected hotel

Hi, I went in June 2023 but I don't know how to access that option. The Hotel is huge, with a pool, but it is old and lacks maintenance. I went as a group and shared the room with two other people. It was a bit dirty and broken
the door frame and door handle. The air conditioning wasn't working. The food, period, was not the worst or the best

The room was ok. The 2 things that stood out were the very slow check-in. Waited 15 minutes for the clerk to check in the guy before me. Mine took ten minutes and it was prepaid. Second was the meager breakfast. Juice, fruit cocktail and croissants that looked as if they’d been sat on.
