nice hotel for vacations

An excelent hotel twenty minutes walk from town center. Rooms comfortable in good contition. Breakfast very good with many options of tastefull foods. Staff excellent! Very nice place to stay.

Excellent hotel for walking around Yerevan

Definitely recommended!
Stayed two nights. Nice location! Went all the way downtown. In 10 minutes, the Cascade. Nearby is a delicious restaurant with local cuisine "Taverna Yerevan". I also recommend Lavas Restaurant (centre).
At the entrance he greets the footman, opens the doors, helps with the suitcases and escorts him to the reception. Responsive administrators move in. We were very pleased to have a room in the higher category. Lived in 802.
Very spacious room, all clean and neat.
A decent breakfast. What a window view. Mount Ararat is in the palm of your hand! I particularly liked the meat and tomato scramble. You can also ask for an omelette or icing.
Delicious coffee.

This is a hotel that i will definately recommend to anyone who wants to visit Yerevan

Perfect location (close to metro-station), very good service, rooms are new and clean, delicious breakfast, pool, khamam and sauna included.

Nice stay in hotel

We stayed in Fellinger overall nice experience. The staffs specially Armeni at reception and Kausar and the room service man in evening was v nice. Even the lady at the spa was v friendly. They assisted and helped out a lot making stay pleasant. But at the same time I had a v bad experience on 27th morning before 9 am with the man at reception names Gevor I guess. He was v impolite and refused to send a bottle of water even on request . He responded by telling they can only give room service between 2 to 6 pm and told drink water from tap . Well we want bottled water and could have paid also but he refused to send and was v rude . I would appreciate management if they can tell him to behave politely with people specially ladies who are visiting and paying to stay in the hotel. Otherwise the experience was wonderful with other nice staffs.

For clarification, complimentary bottled water is provided according to our room service schedule, and outside of these hours guests may use the tap water, which is safe and drinkable. Nevertheless, we understand that the manner of communication is just as important as the information itself. We take your comments seriously and will use them as a reminder to continuously improve our service standards and communication with guests.

I love staying at Felinger Hotel Yerevan!

Very polite and attentive staff. Great service for this price. Sometimes there's live music in the hotel lobby. Thanks to the hotel staff for their care and wonderful atmosphere!
