SAVED THE DAY

The staffs were so accomodating and very helpful. I left my backpack in the taxi as soon as i arrived at the hotel
The frontdesk made ways to retrieve my belongings from the taxi within few hours. Im very particular when it comes to toilet, and this hotel met my expctations..they keep it neat and clean everyday...location is also accesible to market, shops, resto and landmarks

Don't book here! Fungi in bathroom

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Premium Armenia in Yerevan.
The room did not match the photos on Booking.com at all. There was mold in the bathroom, hair in the sink and general hygiene was poor. Absolutely not what you expect from a “premium” room.
Even worse was the attitude of the receptionist. When we properly reported a complaint, she started yelling at us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way.
Taking a complaint about mold and hygiene seriously seems to me the minimum you can expect from a hotel. Unfortunately, we did not feel helped or respected at all.

Good location just minutes from downtown Yerevan

Good hotel with large and clean rooms. The hotel is conveniently located, strategically 10/15 min walk from Republic Square and the center of Yerevan. Breakfast is served on the floors of the rooms, but it was not plentiful and varied as in almost all other points of Armenia that I have had the opportunity to visit. Yerevan is definitely more expensive than the countryside and even this hotel makes no difference, with standard European city prices. The room, large and modern, overlooked the street and, due to rain and traffic, was a bit noisy. The reception is open and manned 24 hours a day, which is convenient for those who, like me, had to take a night flight. All in all very convenient and well located.

Polite and helpful staff, good location, average breakfast

Polite and helpful staff, who managed to solve all our requests (even prepared for us an early breakfast without asking for any extra charge).
Rooms are in good condition and clean, though not so spacious if an originally double room sleeps 5.
Location perfect, near several restaurants and just a few minutes' walk from Republic Sq.

Прекрасная гостиница

Благодарим за гостеприимство в этом замечательном месте. В номере 13 с окнами во двор удобные кровати, белоснежные полотенца, тихая атмосфера. Вкусные завтраки, чистоту и уют создаёт солнечная Аравик, спасибо ей большое. Завтраки с 9:00, но по нашей просьбе готовили к 8:30. Улыбчивые и вежливые администраторы. С удовольствием приедем еще раз)
