It's great!

Great hotel! Located near the center, within walking distance of Mother Armenia, Victory Park and Cascades. Incredibly hearty and varied breakfasts, polite staff always available to help. The room was big, and it also overlooked Ararat. I'll definitely come again)

Budget-friendly, welcoming

The hotel is budget. Don't expect anything from above. Rooms are simple but cozy. We lived in 207. Everything has to be asked at reception. Hair dryers were given immediately, on demand. Then there was the shower problem, which was also solved immediately. I had to ask for a change of towels. Bed linen hasn't been updated in a week. The hotel managers are very sympathetic, as are many people in this beautiful country. Breakfasts are very simple, but you can always find something for yourself. After a few days, breakfast was not needed at all, as there are so many cafes and restaurants where they were eaten to the ground. You can always ask for coffee, no one says no. The room has a kettle and a fridge. Opposite the hotel is a small shop where you can buy everything you need.
Overall price and quality match. And considering you only come to the room for the night, it's suitable for living.

Good hotel

Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool. Very nice in summer time. Located near the Victory park. Good to walk in the evening. In the morning may visit mother Armenia and enjoy the city view with Mount Ararat.
Good service. Prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpfull.
Recommended for friends and families.

Great value amazing place .

Great hotel we stayed 3 nights everything was nice neat & clean , we would like to give suggestion for Breakfast which is very limited if they will add more dishes or more option for food that will be great , rest everything was so good , thanks to housekeeping staff for cleaning & making our room everyday . Keep it up hope we will see you soon again .

Friendly, helpful staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Sahak and Narek at the front desk. They were always ready to help us in everything.
The breakfast was delicious, too.
Definitely when we come back to Yerevan, we will stay at Primer Hotel again.
