Great for the price

Stayed January 2024 for 5 nights (25th - 31st) - checkin was a bit confussing because we didn't have phone service to call the manager so it took a minute - hot water was warm and in short supply, at best - only seating in living area was 2 kitchen chairs and a bench against the wall.
Now for the Good!
perfect location as long as you have a rental - kitchen well equiped - beach chairs provided to take to the beaches - laundry facilites a bonus - pool was pretty but we didn't use it - safe for sure - we had the smallest unit (4) but was fine for just my adult daughter and myself. We didn't have any maid service but again we didn't care about that. The price was right for our budget ($595) through Expedia.

An incredible, newly renovated Aruban hideaway with great accommodations at great prices

Little Paradise turned our great vacation experience into a magical one. Booked as a fix for an earlier snafu at another vacation hotel, we were charmed by the photos and the price. Upon arrival, Niek, Little Paradise's manager, greeted us with warmth and humor. He guided us through the entry and exit hoops, access codes, unit features and how to operate them, etc. Little Paradise is a hybrid of smart home and traditional vacation lodging.
Our unit, #6 (a two-bedroom with a full kitchen), was modern, updated, and clean. Towels for the bathrooms and pool deck were plentiful and artfully arranged. Niek explained that he had supervised the renovation of this incredible gem some months earlier. His wife, Astrid, whom we met the next day, was responsible for the colorful arrangement of artwork and landscaping within. Hummingbirds flit about, securing their share of nectar from
A small, clean swimming pool is in the middle of this property's common area. There are six new and sensible pool lounge chairs perfectly suited for drying out in the Aruban sun after a dip. The common area also has a communal gas grill with a shaded dining table.
Niek and Astrid gave us a tour of the other units, all sharing the same colorful, well-appointed vibe. We are already planning a return visit to this hidden gem.

We stayed at the Beach House!

We have just returned from our 2 week trip to Aruba and we loved every second of our vacation there mainly because of your hospitality.
Place is easily to find, we received clear driving directions and the place is not so far away from route 2 which is an important one.
We needed some accommodations since our child was not crib age any longer and they promptly created the space for our necessity. Unfortunately our tank-less boiler broke over the Christmas break however they replaced it with a new one. We had clean bed sheets and fresh towels always.
Our child had fun at the pool almost daily and the table settings in front of our apartments made it easy to chat and meet the other tenants.
Apartments are located in Noord very close to all beautiful beaches and snorkeling places. We follow the lead in the first day and went to eat at Fishes and More and it was the best sea food ever (undecided for all of us - Fishes and More vs Mathew's).
All stores and amenities were around and even for Christmas Day and New Year Eve and Day we found open stores around our location (we drove on the streets looking for bbq sauce on Christmas day and we found a store that kept it - varieties of bbq sauces, in fact).
Our apartment was the best: AC unit cool down so great that in the first night we had to readjust the temperature; kitchen tools and utensils as well as glassware, silverware, and plate were abundant; in fact we did use only a small fraction of all of them - blenders, choppers, coffeemakers, toasters, all spotless clean and functional. We used to grill a lot and we had the pleasure to it in Aruba at the Little Paradise.
Based on our experience there we will recommend it to our friends!

Find a better property on the island - I dare you

An absolutely idyllic place. We stayed 7 days in the two bedroom house. Bedrooms are spacious - 1 King & 1 Queen. Kitchen is huge and equipped with anything one would need. Plenty of comfortable seating in the large living/dining area. Bath has large shower and vanity big enough to accommodate any amount of make-up application. Pool area is perfect for relaxing and taking a cool dip. Little Paradise's location is quiet and away from traffic, yet within 10 minutes of beaches, high rise hotels, supermarket, bars, restaurants, airport, etc. Suggest acquiring a rental car at the airport. Parking at Little Paradise is not a problem. The manager Wouter is awesome. He will meet you upon arrival and provide invaluable information, not only about the property, but also about getting around the island. He is available via text should any issues arise. Best of all, he will attend to them promptly and follows up to assure you're satisfied and comfortable. Jackline, the domestic service person, is a doll. She maintains the property at a level of impeccable cleanliness. There is no better facility on the island. After a fun day in the sun, returning to Little Paradise is just like coming home. You can wash your swimsuits, take a shower, kick back to watch some TV, then either head out to a nice restaurant or throw a steak on the BBQ grill and have a picnic by the pool. The owners named the property perfectly. It is a Little Paradise. Like we said in the title - Find a better property on the island - we dare you. You won't be disappointed with your stay here. And no, this wasn't solicited and we don't work for the facility. We're just vacationers from Cincinnati.

Perect place!
Easy location to reach the best beaches, national park, shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. The hosts are happy-friendly-super helpful and always available. Beautiful, clean and fully equipped apartment. We loved the barbecue and the pool. Could move in to this lovely apartment in a heartbeat. :)
