Beautiful, friendly and comfortable

I have only best words for Sunflower Villa. Rooms are big and clean, very quiet area,perfect for good night sleep, and still very close to Eagle beach. From the first moment I could feel very welcomed, and Alejandro is very pleasant and helpful. Whole complex is beautiful, full of colors and details, mosaics and plants. I would highly recommend to stay here for couples and family.

The worst experience of my life!

I'm Vanesa Ejarque, from Argentina. I am staying with my daughter at the Sunflower Villa Studios Aruba and paid in advance.
The post was fake and this place is very dangerous, the photos do not match the hostel.
The drain is plugged, the contents of the toilet come out through the shower; the ceiling rains, the kitchen spout loses water and gathers just below the outlet. It's near a swamp and there's a plague of ants and mosquitoes. Cookware and accessories are scarce and broken and incomplete.
I don't have any answers from the owner, the manager, or someone from maintenance. This place is under repair, apparently, and we're alone.
Please see the pictures and videos.. my daughter is 8 years old and I am pregnant, it is very risky to be like this..
I left my details on BOOKING.COM and they do not call or contact me.
It is amazing that they authorize the operation of these sites.
I have traveled to more than 30 countries and never experienced anything like this, although I have been to very marginal places, I never saw anything so different from the real thing published.
Nobody answers, please send someone to verify and control this situation.

It is nice to see the blend with nature and great location to do other entertaining things.

Good location and warm staff and you just enjoy the private area that is great location to see the sites such as the natural bridge and other great adventures. Would recommend to the place to go in your 20s if you love to travel.

Amazing

We would just like to thank all the family at the sunflower for making our stay such a wonderful experience. Nothing was to much trouble our room(gold) was fabulous and spotlessly clean. The whole area was great including resident iguanas thanks again for a great time

Perfect Vacation

It took us quite some time to find this jewel. We did not want to go to the high rise Hotels as we wanted to use our time on this Most beautiful Island for some Beach Hunting Not just in one place. Reinke created this lovely, very clean, very welcoming Villa with her hearts blood. The rooms are Nice, clean and you See the personal note. Reinke is the Most lovely and warm Person. She will help you with everything and the Walk to Palm Beach really is just 5 min Walking over the field. It was Perfect! Thank you!!
