A great hotel for a great price for a two bedroom apartment. Common area was very roomy and comfortable. Location is great, one street over from Rundle Mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Could be better

I stay in a lot of hotels and I think there is so much more that could be included to make this place better. The room was fine although the bathroom is poorly designed. The lifts are being upgraded but that said one is so small we stood side on. There was no opportunity to opt out of our room being serviced. Other Accor hotels offer rewards for opting out and a more sustainable environment. There is also something dodgy about the bar that closed at 8:10pm on a Saturday night. The boy & girl were extremely rude when I questioned why. Fortunately the reception team assisted us with our welcome drinks. As I said so much potential but not sure if I will return.

Your feedback is very important to us for not only understanding our shortcomings but also allowing us to create vibe that all our valued guest would enjoy.
We are in the process of replacing our guest lifts with brand new one and this enhancement will assist in long term with modern product. We do offer Skip the clean for credit and it is indeed advertised within the building. I am very sorry that you were not able to take any advantage of that offer. I am very sorry if closing times of our venue was not suitable, however venue times have been scheduled after careful considering of trading.
Once again, we very much appreciate you taking the time and also sincerely apologise for falling short on your expectations. We sincerely hope to get another opportunity to welcome you back.

A clean and well equipped space, conveniently close to Rundle Mall, tram transport and multiple dining options.
Close to North Tce with Art Gallery, State Library, Museum and Botanic Park

Comfortable and well located

Overall a pleasant stay. Prompt welcome with the bonus of a modestly early check-in around lunchtime. Room was spacious and comfortable with a King bed, couch and lounge area, plus a balcony - unexpected. Plenty of natural light, and good knock-out blinds for the mornings kept the room nice and dark. Kitchenette was basically just a sink, microwave kettle and toaster, but all we needed. I'd have loved a pod coffee machine.
Breakfast (included for us) was quite tasty and freshly cooked. Loved the egg station.
Negatives? It's not exactly brimming with charm and romance, but did the job as a place to sleep. The lifts are a strange set up - two lifts, two buttons. They run independently, so to get a lift to your floor you push two buttons to double your chances. Also means lifts make unnecessary stops going up and down. I understand this is a temporary issue though.
All up, I'd stay again for the price I paid.

Good central location and very helpful check-in staff. The restaurant was nice and convenient, great food and coffee. The building is decent but the sound proofing wasn’t great. We could hear family noise from outside most of the time. Otherwise we would stay here again
