Room was lovely, king size bed great. Bathroom is a let down they need upgraded. Shower over bath is terrible and so outdated.
Car parking is also terrible. We had to use Wilson Car Park and walk to Hotel, not the greatest set up for a nice hotel.

Not what it used to be very disapointed
Old tired and Shabby. No valet parking. No consierge . Room was on 19th floor very noisy from elevators. Very run down . Barman at Cascades put a huge sqeeze of lemon juice from a plastic bottle in my Dry Martini enough to make the drink yellow was discusting had to get him to make again even then it came in a warm glass with no garnish. LOOK ELSEWHERE
Extremely disappointing stay. The property feels outdated and run-down, and hygiene, safety, comfort, and service were all well below expectations. I was told about elevator issues, but not about a bright construction light shining into my room 24/7, making it impossible to rest.
Breakfast was cheap and poorly executed — tasteless steamed buns, dried-out vegetables, and rubbery pancakes from basic mix. The area was dusty with dirty vents; when I reported it (with photos), staff claimed they “couldn’t find the vent.” A used dental pick sat on the carpet outside the lift for days, even after being reported.
On a Saturday night there was only one person at the bar — long delays, they ran out of glasses, and my Long Island Iced Tea was served in a beer glass.
I have photos to support these issues, and the complete lack of response or corrective action from the hotel says it all. At this price point, it feels like a rip-off. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you’re expecting a clean, luxury stay.

Upgrading the room at $355 a night wasn’t worth the extra money. Advertised as a junior spa sweet with a view. The view was terrible, basically a brick wall and when I stayed there 20 years ago nothing has changed. Bathroom plus shower was decrepit with damaged cupboard’s, pedestal light was faulty. It seems that it just getting old and reminds me of an old pair of shoes that I don’t like. Will only stay again for convenience only. Only positive was an excellent buffet breakfast.

Will stay here again, the price was on point, the location was great and the front desk service was brilliant. breakfast was also enjoyable.
