Lovely staff, very helpful overall. Not much noise despite it being over a pub. Only 10-20 minutes from central Adelaide. Clean with a good AC and TV in the room. Can recommend!!

Checking in was different. We checked in at the bar counter. The Mile End is more a bar/restaurant having rooms upstairs.
Room was both clean & comfortable. AC worked great. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Clean up crew were not so diligent as they missed our rooms the first morning.
Location is good. Just outside the CBD. The strip mall next door has a couple of good restaurants.
Recommended.

Very disappointing

Not good especially for a Saturday night.
The drink prices we were charged was higher than on drinks menu. When I mentioned this they said prices had gone up. Ok but they did not advertise the correct price.
Then food was average. Service was very poor. Not enough staff working. Lastly the place is filthy.
Will not be going back.

Noise Unbearable

On the positive side - the bed was comfortable.
However - the NOISE was unbearable - music from two different sections of the hotel clashing at huge decibels. TV didnt work so couldnt drown out the noise with that. Wifi didnt work so couldnt drown out the noise with that.
On first night they did turn down the volume when I asked at 11pm but it was torture until then. Tonight (a Saturday night) the noise is just intolerable. It needs to be made known that the bedrooms are directly above 2 bars........ There must be better places to stay than this..
