Simply paradise
This is our second visit to this magical place , and still blew us away once again.
This time we brought my mother & father in law.
When we came in 2024 we absolutely fell in love with this place so much and with all the video's and photos they saw, they said they'd do anything to visit too!
In that time my mother in law was diagnosed with bladder cancer....she battled through, she was incredibly sick and she said "you know what got me through my darkest day's, was imagining having a prosseco with you on that beautiful deck at The Pinnicles"
So we made her dreams come true and spent 7 magical nights in the Whitsundays Penthouse apartment 7.
We have had a wonderful time, this place is amazing, simply amazing !
We love everything about staying here, its simply perfection with the apartment, breath taking views, the spa pool, infinity pool, use of the gym & sauna.
Once again, sad to leave but this is now our destination and place to stay. You don't need to look any further......and once again its not goodbye, its see you again soon hopefully not too far in the future. Thank-you to all the wonderful staff for everything they do, 10/10 always ❤️

Spectacular Views
We stayed in the sub penthouse with a jacuzzi on the balcony, the room was very spacious and clean, the view off the balcony was spectacular, overlooking Airlie Beach, the marina and the ocean, some of the best views in Airlie Beach, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we highly recommend staying at Pinnacles, we will be definitely be coming back, 10 out 10

Nice apartment
Excellent apartment and very clean and well stocked.
5 external lights were not working but nothing major.
There is a massive steep hill to the apartment which we were only informed after booking, however a taxi is around $10-15 AUD and will take you to the top (use 13 cabs App).
Most hotels and apartment are really not walking distance and as such the taxi firms are capitalising on this but it was 40 degrees so well worth it.
5 external lights were not working but nothing major.

Although located 300m from the main street we are located at the top which allows us to capture those fantastic views. We hope that you enjoyed the rest of your travels and left Airlie Beach with great memories.

Amazing views and customer service.
I love this property. I stay here regularly. I struggle to see the value in the Penthouse apartments given that I they are too similar to every other apartment I have stayed in at the property. The only major difference for me is the fact that you could lay in the sun all day and not need to move because of shadows from the roof or room above. The pool is incredible. Spa is available on your balcony from 930am till 900pm. Allow a few hours for it to heat up. Staff are great. There are no words that could describe the view and do it justice. It’s just so beautiful. The rooms are always clean. The blinds on the spa bath gazebo kept opening and closing with the wind but that is such a minor thing. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in your room. Rooms are easy to access including upstairs rooms. I won’t stay anywhere else unless Pinnacles has no availability. Book direct.

The house was beutiful with great views definetly a place to go woth seral people that dont want to share room. Also a lot of stairs and hills so not for weak.
