Great stay at Lennox Head Reflections Holiday park

The cabin we stayed in was great. close to beach, lake & other places to explore, great place to relax, even though our stay was to attend a wedding will most definirely book again to explore more places

Great location, right next to the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the bars and restaurant. Cabin was very tired and needs an upgrade though

Great holiday with out dog

Great location near the surf club. We have stayed in Lennox before at the other end. Both are great, however, I love this end as it is near the surf club /flags/ lake/ coffee and dog beach. This was our first holiday with our dog and it was great to take him for a walk along the beach. If you have a dog this is great. Friendly and considerate people within the ground and our Delux Cabin - dog friendly was great. Especially when half the week it poured with rain. I was lucky we were in a cabin.

Lovely CP right next to Lake Ainsworth and Dog Beach

Happy smiles at check in.
Great location right next to an off leash Dog Beach.
Sites nice and grassy.
Amenities beautifully clean.
Short, flat walk into town.
Highly recommend.
Powered site great value.

Good experience, but needs major cleaning.

Overall, we felt the experience was not aligned with the price point, especially considering we paid over $1000 for the stay.
There were several concerns we’d like to highlight constructively:
At reception, the check-in process was not smooth, and unfortunately the staff member did not fully listen to our request regarding the two cabins.
While we appreciated being allowed to check in early, the standard 3pm check-in feels quite late, particularly when we observed cleaning staff on-site earlier in the day but not actively progressing rooms.
Cabin C10:
The bathroom door was not functional and could not be closed, which is not acceptable at this price level.
The overall cleanliness was below expectations — the floors, bathroom, and toilet all appeared unclean.
Bed linen was outdated and did not feel fresh.
The rubbish bin was broken.
Cabin GT1:
The space and location were great, and we appreciated the surroundings and atmosphere.
However, the fridge was not working properly and did not cool effectively. The freezer was also not functioning as expected.
The outdoor BBQ was adequate but did not reflect the premium pricing.
The lawn maintenance was carried out during our stay, which disrupted the experience — this should ideally be scheduled outside guest occupancy times.
The air conditioning and fans appear to need servicing or upgrading.
Cleanliness concerns (important):
The bed sheets in particular were unacceptable and must be addressed urgently from a hygiene and health perspective.
Sofas were heavily worn and stained, to the point we avoided using them comfortably.
On a positive note, the kids had a great time, and the location — especially the proximity to the beach and lake — is fantastic. Security also felt reassuring.
That said, for the price being charged, the standard of maintenance, cleanliness, and service needs significant improvement. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed promptly
