Quiet Getaway

My visit was relaxing with interesting surroundings. On arrival I was taken to my room by Steve who pointed out the features and also gave me information on the town and walking tracks

Great Value

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a 2 seater recliner to watch the footy on the Smart TV. Beds were genuinely comfy, and the linen and towels were good quality.
Steve greeted me the moment I arrived and couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful.
The motel has a surprisingly impressive range of facilities for a small property — a well‑kept pool, undercover BBQ area. It’s in a quiet location opposite the botanical gardens and only a short walk or drive to town, cafés, and the river.
Overall, it’s excellent value for money. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and with plenty to do on-site. s.

Great value, great motel and great hosts.

I have stayed at the Sunrise Motel on a number of occasions. On each occasion, I have always found the rooms to be extremely clean and comfortable.
There is a large outside barbeque/pergola/entertainment area, which has all the required facilities to prepare and cook your own food on the large hot plate; seating areas and tables where to dine and a tv and other entertainment to keep you occupied.
There is also a pool area, which has supplied chairs and towels and the pool also has some coverage, for those not wanting to sit in the open sun all day.
The new owners of the complex are extremely friendly and accommodating and easy to deal with.
I highly recommend the Sunrise Motel Barooga to any person or family needing somewhere to stay in this area.

Nice quiet comfy motel

Nice place to stay. Huge comfy room. Clean. Nice bed. Covered seating area and pool outside. Hosts couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful. Would be happy to stay here again.
