Good value aprtments

Great value apartments. With 5 minutes walk to dozens of international cuisine restaurants. Theater's. And the beautful Brisbane river and botanical gardens. Take a stroll across the bridge and vist the casino. Or do a spot of shopping in myriad or boutique shops that line the street into the city.

No control of party noises

A bunch of Indian students singing on the balcony of one of the apartments ... so I called the after hours number. Completely useless. "I can hear the noise but I can't tell which apatrtment it is from so I can't do anything. You might want to call the police."
This place is barely even half a step above a student hostel. Don't expect anything positive.

Disappointed

I am beyond disappointed and angry.
Locked out of the apartment. Yes our fault for losing the key. But when there is an after hours number to call and the phone is in the office going off instead of being with someone to answer in EMERGENCIES. That’s just unacceptable.
We then ran in to a member of staff, when we explained our situation we were told it was after hours and that’s why the phone wasn’t being answered. Why advertise it as an after hours number if it’s not going to be answered????
DISGUSTING service.
We out sourced a locksmiths who could only get us into the room and not supply a new key. There is $165 down the drain and I suppose in all this fuss you’re going to not retire the $100 security deposit we put down.
Your staff were unhelpful and in no way did they want to be helping us.
This is unbelievable. We will not be staying here again.
Why not advertise or mention your pool is out of order? Why not mention your gym is a treadmill and that’s about all?
False advertising and disgraceful service.

Great location. Not a bad price. But very very basic and not clean.
Check in was fine and for just $15 you can park under the building and walk to south bank. That's where the positives end.
The rooms and corridors are scruffy. They need a coat of paint and freshen up. The bathrooms were actually filthy with stuff smeared up the tiles not sure what stuff but definitely a bodily fluid.
The bedding was wrought and felt starched. The carpets where thread bare and the kitchen was tatty.
No can opener and no milk left although there was tea and coffee.
The pool and spa was open until 9pm and it made the difference to our stay.

Rooms not like advertised photos. Very run down. Carpets and walls dirty. More like student type accommodation. Needs renovated. Location good. Noisey road outside. Sunday church bells ringing from 8 am. No-one at reception at check out. Would not recommend. I will not be staying here again.
