A comfortable and strategic place to stay

I chose to stay at Atrio Apartments for seven consecutive nights in order to save time changing hotels. Luckily, Atrio Apartments fully met my expectations and needs. It’s just a 10 minutes walk from Fortitude valley station. Check in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I stayed on the fifth floor, with a beautiful city view from the balcony. The apartment was spotless. Thanks to the amenities provided, I could do my laundry without leaving the apartment, even on a cold night. If you plan to cook, kitchen utensils ( induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc ) are also provided. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is close to major attractions and easily accessible by train, bus, and ferry. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great - Ignore any negative reviews and book!!

Great room, super spacious and had everything we needed for our short 4 day trip.
Read mixed reviews before coming and was really concerned about the noise in the valley and the cleanliness of rooms but everything was perfect. Couldn't hear anything on the busy Saturday night from the Valley, and the foyer was exceptionally quiet.
Only giving the review a 4 as their was no AC in the bedroom and the fan was barely cooling so it was quite a warm sleep at night.
Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful when dropping bags off early as we arrived hours before our room was available for check in. They allowed us a few extra hours early to check in, but also let us store our bags safely whilst we waited for our room. Would look at booking this place again if travelling to Brisbane in future.

It was great to hear that any hesitation you may have had with the property disappeared when you arrived and that you had an enjoyable stay. I am delighted that the apartment was clean, quiet and the team were extremely accommodating and helpful and we were able to assist with your luggage storage before and after check in, including being able to check in a few hours earlier.

Convenient to all modes of public transport to the city.
Good ventilation with access to fresh outside air from balcony. The common area immediately outside the room is open to outdoor air too. Apartment is cooled by a split system AC limited to your own apartment. Shared areas are lobby and lift.
Reasonably clean. Staff were responsive and friendly.

Large modern apartment with secure parking

Great clean, large modern apartment which was well equiped. Unlike some hotels with owner apartments that can be run down and tatty this was excellent.
Secure garage. Only shock was a fee of $25 per night which I missed on the site details (it's near the bottom of the page).
Our flight got cancelled at the last minute due to the cyclone and had trouble with booking.com reserving extension whilst at the airport. When we got there the receptionist (Merida?) Was really helpful and sorted our booking out.
Would definitely stay here again if in this area.

I was delighted to read your review regarding your recent stay at Atrio Apartments. It was great to hear that that apartment was clean, large & modern with everything that you needed for your stay. We are indeed lucky to have a great group of investor owners that continually work on maintaining and upgrading their apartments.
Just remember for your next visit if you book direct on our website or call the team to make your booking the $30 parking get waived.
