Had great room. 1 massive problem was the bed was faulty. Im sure some 300kg person sat on side of beans its all out of shape. Needs maybe new mattress at least. Had really terrible sleep in that bed

Dated apartments in need of a thorough clean
Check in was quick and efficient. Reception closes at 5:30pm. There are 3 buildings in these suites - (1) Baase, (2) Station 16 and (3) Artisan. We stayed 3 nights in Artisan, apartment # 904. A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with laundry facilities, a full kitchen, lounge area, a small balcony with views of the surrounding apartment buildings and distant views of the city skyline. The apartment was ageing, and a bit tired looking. The walls had dirty marks, and general wear and tear. The bathrooms had a faint old mouldy smell. One bedroom has air conditioning, the other bedroom only has a ceiling fan, but it was closest to the lounge, so we left the lounge air conditioning on, and it cooled the bedroom nicely, on a hot Brisbane night. On the whole, the apartment was tidy, but not immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable, the surroundings were quiet. Entry is by swipe card and we felt very safe. Parking is under the buildings, (first-in first-served) and is shared with the permanent residents ($15/night). CityTrains go right past the front of the apartments on Merivale Street. Appt 904 is at the rear of the building, so it was fairly quiet. A range of Restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Bus stop within 20 metres of the apartment. We would stay again.

Stayed here a number of times in the past. Unfortunately, this time the elevators and hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room was far from clean. The oven had visible food stains, the couch pillows were stained, and there was mould present in the bathrooms. The price was good, but regardless of cost, the room and hotel should still be clean and well maintained.

Good location, it's only a 10min walk to south Brisbane train station. It was quiet and comfortable, but over priced for what it is. I'd stay again if they drop the prices to match the quality of accommodation.

Great location.Room was extra large and the kitchen fully equiped.The concierge was lovely and informative. Good value for money.
