Don Pancho is situated on a beautiful beach overlooking the Coral Sea. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Don Pancho is situated on a wonderful beach overlooking the Coral Sea. This was our third time and the staff were all helpful and informative.

Dissappointed Not like the photos at all

Be careful what room you pick and where it is, ours was at the back, overlooking the golf course, our room was on tge se ond floor, we both have bad knees and was not made aware to access our room was 5 flights of very narrow, steep stairs whilst carrying your luggage . The room was very small and if you were any bigger than me to sit on tge toilet would be very uncomfortabld as the toilet faced the shower with very little room between yourself and the toilet. The room was very clean, it was hard to open doors to the deck. Very dissappointed after looking at tge pictures on website.

We booked this accommodation based on their website photos and wording. The accommodation was described as luxurious accommodation right on the beach. The only thing correct was that is on the beach. The room we booked was supposed to have an oven and dishwasher that was nowhere to be seen. The fittings were rusty, toilet seat was broken, crack in the shower base, brackets for a blind in the bedroom but no blind. We had to put a blanket over the bedroom window to stop the glare from the outside light coming in. The walls are painted concrete blocks, the first 2 nights we couldn't get any onsite parking. The 1/2 tennis court is in a very sad state, rusty, sagging net and rubbish all over the court. The pool area was nice but too cold to swim. For $250 a night it is not luxurious a 3 star at best.

If you wouldn't mind giving me call that would be greatly appreciated. As for the tennis court, we are currently in the process of having this renovated because you are correct it is looking quite rundown and not at all inviting but we are on it. The pool is a little chilly this time of year seen as we are heading into Winter, hopefully next time you will book when its a little warmer and you can enjoy the pool. We hope to see you again soon.

Room had an amazing ocean view. I found the room a tad too small and the hill up from/down to the street a little steep. Nice pool.
