RAC Busselton Holiday Park (prije BIG 4 Peppermint Park) smješten je unutar 8 hektara prirodnog grmlja, na kratkoj šetnji od 300 metara od bistrih voda zaljeva Geographe.

Great spot
Great location, just outside of town. It accomodates all types, whether you're camping, caravaning or staying in a cabin. There's plenty to do, especially for families, with playgrounds, heated swimming pools, well equipt camp kitchen with adjoining amenties room. It had a really old Playstation with Mario loaded up ready to play for free as well as table tennis and a foosball table. Onsuite suite was great, apart from the shower head that really needed replacing.

Downhill due to staff and facilities
This was our second year camping over New Years at RAC Busselton. The first year was fabulous. It was such a disappointment this year compared to last year. The toilets and showers were absolutely revolting and were not being cleaned regularly. After blood was on the floor in one of the bathrooms for 30 hours, I approached office staff. No apologies, just annoyance at me pointing out they had not been cleaned. There was blood, toilet paper, mud, sand and excrement all over the place at different times. They told me they were understaffed and too busy cleaning the cabins. The staff they did have including Michelle and Cheryl seemed more intent on telling off children and threatening to kick them out of the campground if they were not wearing their yellow wristbands. They are not personable at all and treat the children and teens like criminals for merely acting like kids. The evenings were very loud and no one was policing this whereas the year before, they would walk around and ask people to be quiet after 10pm. We left the campground 2 nights early due to how feral the facilities were and the lack of cleaning. I would not recommend as clearly it has gone downhill and is far too expensive for what you get. Such a shame.

Awesome place to stay and recommended.
This park is on the outskirts of the main CBD of Busselton which made it nice to have that extra bit of a quiet stay.
We stayed for two nights on one of the camp sites. Each site has a shad cloth type covering on the ground, so your tent or swag isn’t in the dirt. There are peppermint trees providing some nice shade and well kept lawn.
The park grounds are very well maintained and staff are very friendly and welcoming.
There are two swimming pools, one being heated and the pool area is clean.
They have free Wifi and while they advise there could be some interruptions, we found we had good strong signal during our stay.
Now the camp kitchen. This will not disappoint. Nice open dinning area with plenty of table and chairs and if you like there is plenty of seating outside under cover.
The preparation - cooking area of the kitchen has two work areas each matched with a great oven, microwave, air-fryer, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine (you of course supply the pods).
There are sufficient pots, pans and plates.
The park is dotted with a number of barbecue areas, with three just near the camp kitchen area. These again like everything at the park, clean and very serviceable condition. They are free for you to use.
While the bathroom blocks are dated, they are certainly clean. The hot water is hot and pressure is good.
A short drive, or a 20 minute walk on a dual use path puts you at the Vasse Village Shopping Centre. There are a number of shopping outlets. A Coles grocery store, LiquorLand store and the Vasse store of the Bunbury Growers Market. The Bunbury Growers Market will not disappoint and is worth a drop in, even for morning tea or lunch.
Beach is a 5 minute walk with calm waters and a nice white sandy beach.
This is an awesome park and a credit to the staff who never seem to stop all day.
Some may not agree, we liked it, but there are no e-bikes or e-scooters permitted to be ridden in the park.
There is a large bouncing pillow, play area, mini golf and other activities for the little ones. They are positioned nicely in the park so they don’t impact on other guests.
Since the Busselton Bypass road has been in it has reduced the volume of traffic past the park which in turn makes it a little easier when turning right out of the park, especially with a caravan in tow.
Overall this is a great park. We will certainly be back.

Not a relaxing holiday
Manager Michelle aggressively enforced a 10pm curfew, yelling at quiet adult campers and waiting at our site before 10pm. Several campers were told to pack up unnecessarily. Unfriendly experience.

Room nice and clean , good amenities , great selection of soaps , shampoo etc in bathroom . Only problem was the fly wire door had no lock so had to lock glass sliding door at night , no flesh air . Staff excellent.
