Lovely resort-style motel in ideal location
This hotel is superbly located in Byron Bay an easy walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Although it was quiet when we were there the staff were friendly and our king-bed room was very comfortable. The weather kept guests away from the attractive swimming pool and tennis court. Parking was easy. There was no breakfast nor snacks available in the hotel but there were numerous cafes and restaurants in walking distance. We'd certainly stay there again.

Great Location, Lovely Staff, and Stylish Design — One Small Detail to Improve

I really appreciated how extraordinarily friendly the receptionist was. They had such a welcoming and inviting manner, and I felt genuinely well looked after from the moment I arrived.
The hotel interior is also very tastefully designed, stylish, and well maintained.
The only point I found rather disappointing was the blanket. The inner duvet was simply covered with outer sheets, without any zipper or proper closure to fully separate and seal it inside. As a result, part of the inner blanket felt directly exposed, which gave me some concerns from a hygiene perspective.
This was a shame, especially after noticing so many lovely aspects of the hotel. It is a small detail, but it can affect the overall impression and make the room feel less tidy or hygienic than it otherwise appears.

Nice stay with the family
Stayed one night with 2 kids; everything was good. The only downside is the construction across the road, that was noisy in the morning. Otherwise perfect, close to some nice cafes and the beach
