You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the resort — Kororo Nature Reserve and Sapphire Beach.At the resort It’s time to have a nice meal! Stop by the restaurant. If you travel by car, there’s a free parking zone. The following services are also available for the guests: a massage room and a spa center. Guests who love doing sports will be able to enjoy a fitness center and a yoga area. You won’t be bored as at the resort you will find a ping-pong area and a barbeque area. Tourists who can’t live without swimming will appreciate a pool and an outdoor pool. There are other services available for the guests of the resort. For example, a laundry and dry cleaning.

A quiet and relaxed location...
The facilities at Nautilus were great with three pools, a massive spa, tennis courts and basketball area.
The Pandanus Deck, located right above the beach just adds to the relaxing and peaceful environment.
The units themselves were spotless and fully equipped for self catering.
The outdoor courtyard provided ample entertaining space for a family or small group. The palms and garden at the unit just added to the tropical setting throughout the resort.
Shall be back again.

Tropical Paradise
Easy to find, located right on the beach, excellent swimming pool, great Thai restaurant onsite, easy walking distance from our room.
Brian greeted us and was warm, welcoming and informative. The rooms are stylishly decorated and have heaps of snacks and extras. Great after a long drive.
Having a brand new car, what I particularly was pleased with was the carport undercover parking. We could relax as storm clouds and thunder (no hail fortunately) rolled by.

Gangster!
After a 650km journey I discovered that the room had already been rented! It then turned out that the room had been rebooked for 2025 (!) instead of 2024. I then had to spend the night in the car and celebrate my birthday here. When I complained, they said that it was my problem and that I could come next year. No money will be refunded. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY CHEERFUL!
As other guests had exactly the same problem, I assume that this is done systematically in this filthy place. I have already booked hundreds of hotels, but nothing like this has ever happened to me. My credit card insurance then refunded the amount in full, so at least I didn't suffer any financial loss.
First of all: If the answer is the excuse that I made the mistake, it just proves what kind of owners they are, who obviously need the money so badly that they cheat the guests.

Seriously dodgy BUYER BEWARE
Booked one night via booking.com. “Clyde” set up the whole thing, making out he was the whole centre manager. He promised me a villa on the beach; and an upgrade.
Upon arrival (which was very late, too late in fact - most managers would have either left the key in a lock box or said no check in past midnight), this creep met me and was insistent I “look around my suite”… which was one room, and here’s the kicker, which shared a wall with him, the owner.
I was completely creeped out by the whole thing and left. Having been a victim of a scam already (the beach and upgrade were nowhere to be found), I wasn’t about to ignore my intuition on this one.
SINGLE WOMEN TRAVELING ALONE: THIS MAN IS BAD NEWS. stay safe!

Unnecessarily rude manager
But worse was a very rude manager who threatened to 'call the police; your stay is over!' when we dared use the pool after vacating our room (after check out time). Left a really sour taste in the mouth - completely unnecessarily. I followed up with an email and a call just to understand why he'd been quite so rude. Neither email nor call were returned.
