Great location and Customer Service
Very handy location to both work and amenities. The hotel was modern, very clean and quiet! The customer service team found out I was gluten free and left me snacks and a lovely card wishing me a nice stay. Looking forward to my next stay soon!

Stayed on the same floor as family ✅
Location was great for taking a tram to the CBD. The studio apartment was perfectly clean wth a great layout and everything you need for a short stay. The kitchenette also has everything you need - larger apartments have washing machines/dryers and an oven, which are unnecessary when staying for a short time. (There is a communal laundry on site).

Location was perfect for our needs. Everything was great. I really liked the fact that the hair dryer had the diffuser attachment:)

Outstanding service at Quest Collingwood Victoria
Charlie and Gustavo provided service that was outstanding. They went above and beyond, making me feel special and important. Usually when I needed information, the customer service person will advise me to go online to look it up myself. Not Charlie! She took the initiate and looked up the information and let me know. This gave me such a peace of mind. normally, the customer service person will order a taxi for you and you will need to go and wait for it outside. Not Gustavo! He told me to stay indoors where it was warm and he waited in the cold outside and when it came, he came to get me. This is truly outstanding service. I have travelled much and I can say this type of service is absolutely rare to find. Quest Collingwood is the hotel I will always choose to stay when I am there. And one more thing. This is the second review I am writing on them, so it speaks volumes on the consistent outstanding service they both provide. Thanks Charlie and Gustavo!

Family stay for local wedding
Lots of space with interconnecting rooms which suited a family of 5. Not overly sound proofed but we still slept well.
