Thank you for Honest and trouble free Service
I was forced to cancel a booking with the Darwin Deluxe Apartments due to Covid 19. I had already paid for the complete amount of our stay in advance. I contacted the owners and explained the situation, they were very sympathetic and returned the entire amount the next day.
I am doubly impressed because I am still chasing the refund of a deposit on another booking ( which I am entitled to) and being given the total run around.
Thank you very much Darwin Deluxe. I realise that you, and so many tourism operators, are doing it very tough at the moment.
My family, and I, have stayed with you previously and we will be back as soon as the situation returns to normal

4 ol fellas on a footy trip
What a fantastic apartment , stayed here for 6 nights with 3 like minded gents on a footy trip , a very well appointed venue ,absolutely everything you need is on hand for your stay ammenities were all covered and then some ,
Rooms were all good sized , beds were very comfortable , the apartment is very large and has fantastic views out over the waterfront and harbour
Everything you need is within an easy walk whether it be the waterfront precinct with its expansive selection of cafes,restaurants and bars or the city itself
Absolutely enjoyed ourselves no end here and I have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding accommodation
Rooms were all good sized , beds were very comfortable , the apartment is very large and has fantastic views out over the waterfront and harbour

Perfect for us
We stayed as a 3 generation family. The apartment suited us perfectly. The apartment is huge. There were 3 large bedrooms all with comfortable beds. The bed in the master was larger than a king. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need. There was a bbq on the balcony.
The view was spectacular, over Stokes Wharf and the harbour.
It is located a five minute walk from the waterfront precinct and, in the other direction, the Smith Street Mall.
We would definitely stay there again

Loved this place and location. Cooling was fantastic. Outlook was great. Remained pretty cool during day while out without cooling on. Bathrooms were nice. Beds cosy. Kitchen supplies were great. Room secure.

Great for the family, great for the city highlights
We stayed at this place with not very expectations being local Darwinites. The crisp, clean interior, the spectacular views and the small touches like an emergency kit in case of cyclone went a long way to impress. The washing machine was somewhat dated and failed to work, which for a family of six was a bit of a problem. However, the were very responsive, its just unfortunate we were already on our way by the time the could fix it.
There were two undercover car parks allocated, this was fantastic because I could unhook the trailer and not worry about it getting stolen, damaged or towed away. It was very close to all the restaurants, pretty close (5 min) to the local Woolies and had a substantial size kitchen and refrigerator.
Overall, it was a very nice place to stay for a family of six and would strongly recommend you consider this as an option for your family.
