Excellent location. Kevin the owner is super nice.
Pictures of property look a little nicer than actual property.

The worse accommodation ever

What a terrible place …everything about it was filthy ….the photos from 5 years ago look exactly like the ones I took ….you couldn’t see out the windows it was soo dirty …we ended up having to stay as it was too late to get anywhere else but we left asap in the morning …we saw Kevin who just kept saying ‘we clean’…..when was the last time he did that ….the worse place I ever stayed in ….I don’t expect 5 star but at least it should be clean

Property was easy to get to. Rooms are a bit dated but adds to the fun of the adventure. Kevin was a gem and super kind, fed us breakfast every morning and ensured we had a coffee or two before we took our next coffee on the go!

Host Kevin went out of his way to assist us after hours driving back from home to fix the TV in our room. He also cooks a full breakfast for guests.

Lowena desolate, disgusting. No staff, no contact phone number.

This place is rated a house & office with the Hobart City Council.
The kitchen could be seen thru the windows, it had rubbish & news papers strewn around.
I have photos but unable to add them to my review.
It should be inspected immediately, before someone else is conned.
I did get a refund via Booking.com
Obviously we sought alternative overnight accommodation I. Central Hobart which was wonderful.
