Great location and close to the beach
Clean apartment and central location. Great views of the hinterland and canals. Quiet even it is close to the centre. Indoor heated pool and spa was nice.

Extremely disappointed
I booked a two bedroom apartment with ocean views for my daughter’s cheer competition. The booking was made approximately 9 months in advance. The deposit was taken automatically from my credit card and I assumed the final payment would be the same. The day before driving up there I seen they had cancelled my booking. They were extremely hard to get in contact with via phone and could not help me at all. Cheer Nationals/schoolies is a busy time of year and I found it really difficult to find alternative accommodation. Solaire staff were not helpful at all and did not care. I ended up finding something for an extra $700. As a single mum at Christmas this was very difficult, disappointing and upsetting. They are unable to provide me with a tax receipt for the deposit they took from my credit card or answer any questions about when the money was actually debited from my account. They are refusing to refund me the deposit which is between $200 - $300. I’m extremely disappointed that my booking was cancelled without a phone call and it’s come at a great expense!!

Would not stay here again
Excellent location. Large two bedroom unit (505). Secure underground carpark. Two balconies.
The room was dirty. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed. The glass slider door was covered in fingerprints. The outdoor table was dirty. The TV was covered in fingerprints. The kitchen cupboards had an oily film on them and were covered in fingerprints as was the fridge. The couches were dirty. There was a T-shirt behind the couch. The main bathroom vanity tap sprayed water everywhere. Used soap was left in the shower. The lounge fan only worked on 3 and the blades were covered in dust. There were cobwebs on the fan blades and the ceiling. The blinds were moldy. The bedroom blinds were not block out = full daylight at 5am and ambient light from the building next door all night. The second bedroom aircon vibrated against the wall - we had to put toilet paper between the wall and the unit to make it stop. For a 7 night stay we had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no spare rubbish bags, no fresh towels and sheets are only changed after 14 night stay. The pool is located on level 13 and is inside. Within minutes of entering our eyes were watering from the chlorine and it was very hot. Overall the room was dirty and run down. We spent minimal time in the room so didn't complain.

Great Appartment for a wonderful holiday very central and close to everything
Great Location, And Appartments, good size rooms in a well sought area close to everything and has everything you need for a memorable stay . Stayed here for 5 nights and loved the pool and spa , staff extremely helpful with any information you may require

THE apartment
One of the best place to be in surfers Paradise if you’re are looking for something not that expensive, also Tony (reception) is the kindest receptionist I ever met, really helpful and comprehensive, thank you !!
