Utterly misled by the pictures and description.

The advertising on this facility is very misleading. It is an ordinary suburban house. The door was unlocked remotely by the owner who announced he was in Melbourne. You get the use of one room in it. It boasts a spa and a sauna, both of which you have to pay extra for and an open double shower. They are all in the same room. Three couples can use this facility. There is one shared toilet separated from the shower/spa/sauna by a thin sliding door. Privacy is nonexistent, rendering these features irrelevant. It boasts waterfront access and kayaks and paddleboards. When we arrived, we found a price list for "hiring" these items ($30 per hour!). There was no-one there, no staff to pay, not that it matters because there is no access from the jetty to the water, due to height, for the old cobweb covered, kayaks or paddleboards. The pool was covered over and there were no tea or coffee facilities. The "kitchen" was locked. Apparently, breakfast could be provided but had to be ordered the night before (who took the order and where was the menu?). Our check in was 17.00 hours and nothing was ready at this time. We waited for over forty minutes then left to go home. Over $500 for a small room in a suburban house! No way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
