Great position just around the corner from the Main Street - shopping & restaurants. Parking is easy & secured. Rooms are very spacious & beds are comfortable. Cleaning staff are very friendly & helpful.

The self-checkin process emailed to me was not accurate - the access code given was 7039# whereas after calling the off-site manager we were told that it was in fact 7039 ok ok. Also, instead of a Holden dealer on the opposite corner it is a Nissan dealer.
there was a fair bit of noise coming from other rooms eg you could hear TV sound coming from other rooms, and what sounded like furniture being moved around.

Parking ok but lots of reserved spots. Our stay was a late-night arrival but all went well and was relatively easy to get in. Room good with balcony. Bed not so great. Didn't use the kitchenette but looked well appointed.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed with our stay as our room was shown to have a normal bathroom but when we arrived we were put in a room with a accessible bathroom, when i asked why, I was told that they were fully booked, I feel I should have been told this when I booked. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, the gentleman at reception could learn some people skills from them. The Hotel was very close to shops and restaurants and se are car parking

Secure parking. We had a 2 bdrm apartment which was very roomy & the most comfortable bed. Kitchen has everything you need & had a washing machine & dryer which was great. The bathrooms were huge, only thing i would say is that as the vathrooms are so big, maybe some sort of bench top as the vanity was way too small. Staff were very friendly. Def stayhere again. Close to everything. Can use lift or stairs. You can hear your neighbours in the toom next to you, but otherwise wonderful.
