Small but adequate for a short stay

We stayed in a quiet studio room. Although small it contained the basics including a small kitchen which included bench space and washing up facility. The bathroom is tiny with only enough space for a small shower bay, tiny hand basin and toilet. There is no hanging space in the bathroom to hang a towel or hand towel to dry after use.
The room is adequate but the seating is old, uncomfortable and crammed into a corner. This venue is in a pretty area but it can be very cold. There was a crack in the door through which the outside can be clearly seen. Wooden blinds cover the windows but still let in light. There is no defined parking around this chalet and studio, so it was hard to determine where to park our vehicle without blocking other guests access to their accommodation.

4th time here and its the last. Very disappointed.

On my 4th time here for multiple nights. This time around no one bothered to service the room
Went and seen the reception and asked for some towels to use the pool and told they would send some over
90 mins later went back over and asked whats going on
Told they now dont service rooms if we wanted fresh towels we had to ask
Explained to the girl we have askes and no one has done any thing
The front desk girl reckones she was the only one there so couldnt do anything and said she will ask someone to bring them but couldnt say when remembering we we had already been waitinh on them
Bed also make you ache and was uncomftable
Last time for me at TVR. A bit disappointing this time around. I dont expect much from a hotel other than a comfy bed. Clean towels and a hot shower. Missed 2/3

Needs a modern upgrade to catch up with times..
Also the buffet breakfast was way to expensive for what was available

We had a relaxing stay in a comfort room, I could see the staff took me into account by giving us the ground floor (I had mentioned I had a walking stick on the phone) I also noticed the room was great for those with a disability so it felt nice to be thought of and accommodated as I didn’t ask for this specifically. The only problem was some noisey young girls laughing in the corridors but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

It was an older establishment but up to date, clean rooms comfortable bed. I gauge how good a room is by the fact they have cookies to eat with the coffee and tea amenities. Not many places do this anymore and I appreciate it.
