Comfortable and spacious.
Booked unit 2 on Travel Auction.
Found it spacious and comfortable.
New kitchen very easy to work in. Great to have full stove, full size fridge, and in the bathroom, a washing machine!
Very comfortable queen bed.
Yes, a few minor paint touch-ups etc. would freshen it up considerably, but overall we were very happy and comfortable there for 10 days.
Large yard and off-street parking enhance the feeling of space.
We'd stay there again.

excellent accommodation.
The units are a bit dated, but well-built and well-maintained. The modern kitchen has excellent facilities, the sitting room is very comfortable, as are the bedrooms. The bathroom/laundry is well equipped, and there is even an outdoor setting, lawn and BBQ. plenty of parking right in front. walking distance to centre of town. very good value accommodation.

Great spot - great value.
We were very happy with Unit 2.
We stayed five nights and have no complaints. The units are all in a bank. They are a bit on the elderly side, but then so are we so to quibble about this would be hypocritical.
The unit was clean on arrival, except for a couple of little surprises from the previous guests in the bathroom.
I have a disability and I am very conscious of what things might be an issue for me in the future. The bathroom has a particularly large door and I would imagine this would be great for wheelies. All apartments were ground level with no steps.
The kitchen was well-equipped with pretty much everything you might need. Perhaps a serving spoon? It was great to have a full-sized fridge; especially when you’re self-catering. We brought all our groceries in the car with us, so when we got there and loaded the fridge we were self-sufficient!
The real treat was a washing machine in the bathroom, and supplied washing powder. We are not taking home a heap of dirty clothes.
The only real downside was the couch. We’ve already ascertained that I have mobility problems. But my partner is fighting fit. Even he had trouble getting out of the couch. The first time I sat on it and couldn’t get up I got a bit upset. So while I was in the shower he combed the streets looking for bricks. We put down bits of cardboard to protect the wooden floors, and had the couch sit higher. Problem solved. So if you grunt and groan when you get out of a lounge chair, take along some of those chair raisers from Temu or something like that.
These units are not brand new, but mist definitely well appointed. Great wifi.

Horrible
The accommodation is very dirty, furniture is dated and mismatched.
There is no curb appeal. The shower simply feels "dirty". The sofa looks grubby. I emailed the owner advising the above, with photos and haven't even received a reply. Don't stay here!

Disappointed
Good location, nice grounds. Stayed in Unit 1, which I needed to clean when we arrived, very disappointed. Blinds in main bedroom didn't open. Rooms crowded with mismatched furniture, some of it is very shabby looking. Only one pillow for each person, no extras provided.
