Home away from home

Jetty motel is a convenient place fro short holiday out of Sydney. The property is spacious, lake and beach both are very approachable at walking distance.
the rooms are spacious and clean. staff is friendly.

This motel is cheap cheap, but not the price. No plates or cutlery there in a separate room for them so people don’t steal them. One tissue left in the box , toilet paper is so thin, no milk in fridge, then to top it off about to hop in the shower you guessed it no shampoo or soap nothing. Avoid the motel !!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed

Two rooms booked one pet friendly, pet friendly room was what you would expect for the price. Second room had broken AC/heating (space heater provided and a surprise of medical clamps in the bed under the bed sheets.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations.
We are particularly concerned to learn about the issues you experienced with the heating/air conditioning and, most importantly, the housekeeping oversight involving the medical clamps found in the bed. This is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of cleanliness and guest care we strive to provide. Please accept our sincere apologies for this experience.
While we are glad a space heater was provided as a temporary solution, we understand this was not an adequate substitute for a fully functioning heating system. We had a malfunctioning Air-con which has now been replaced.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the comfortable and enjoyable stay that our guests expect and deserve.
