We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the kitchen and laundry facilities as well as tea and coffee making, crockery and cutlery in our room. Our room was always cool and quiet with a very comfortable bed. The shower was good with very fluffy towels. The pool and undercover parking were very good too. It was an easy walk to the shops

Outback Small Town Comfort

Conveniently located with a short walk from the train station. It is a large typically Australian motel complex. There are three buildings with each two levels. Not flash but comfortable for a country outback motel. Rooms are a good size with a comfortable bed. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster & cutlery. Good size TV with all the local channels & apps for streaming services. The wifi is reliable & a good speed. And there is airconditioning. Large size bathroom with a walk in shower & plenty of hot water. Decor is pretty dated and well used but it’s clean & fine for a night or two

Tired in need of uplift

Comfortable enough but very tired needs a good high pressure hose clean and new chairs under cover that were falling apart. Our windows didn’t close properly and wind whistled through and because of the position of the A/C didn’t close properly. Lacking information in the rooms.

New Management New ideas

Arrived in Longreach for a short stay. Booked hotel 2 nights before departure.
Prompt acknowledgement of booking and airport transfer confirmed.
Cody and Amy the very new managers were most welcoming.
The premises are opposite a lovely park, and the railway station. It is only a brief walk to the centre of the town.
The room was comfortable and spacious.
A nice touch was the air on set to a warm temperature as there was a brisk wind outside. The bathroom had a full suite of shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash, body lotion and great shaving creme.
