Location location location

The apartment was fabulous. It had a wonderful view of the ocean and was very central. It was well appointed with everything that we needed and was very clean. Also, given we visited in August the ample heating options were appreciated.

Exceptionally supportive & courteous staff

Friendly staff were courteous with an exceptional attitude to resolve any issues that arose. We had a problem connecting/mirroring our iPhone TV app to the room TV & a staff member went to extraordinary length to resolve successfully. Replacing a missing light bulb was actioned without delay. The place & facilities were clean & working. There was no noise to disturb our stay
We were booked in as two couples & enjoyed the stay very much.

Nice and pleasant will visit again!!!

Very nice beachfront room with amazing uninterrupted views of the shoreline, beach. Good sunrise experience minus the problem with cockatoos coming and sitting on balcony ledge, but that is already displayed at the reception. Spa in room and common one clean and maintained. Overall nice experience will surely visit again with bigger group.

Slippery shower area

The entire experience is nice but only feedback is the shower area, it is very slippery and parents couldn't take a shower.

Thanks for taking the time to address this with us, I am sorry that your parents didnt feel comfortable taking a shower. We do have a mix of renovated and unrenovated apartments along with accessible rooms. In the future I would suggest asking for one of the renovated apartments with walkin showers or our accessible room.

Good location and a nice place overall, but the hotel’s condition has declined slightly over time (few years), while the price certainly hasn’t.
