Great place to get to the river shaded tables beach and shallow water

What a great walk along the Esplanade here and easier to park as it’s off the main tourist area
BBQ tables and shaded areas make this a lovely place to picnic and fish launch a kayak or just splash around in the shallows as there are sandy areas esp when the tide us out
Walk across the bridge to the island but there are no shops on the island so take water there are toilets and a nice play area for kids plus again sitting areas

Great spot, relaxed holiday

We have greatly enjoyed our 10 night stay here. Great location, close to all the action in a quiet nook. Beautiful views. We felt very looked after by the management. Our well laid out 3 bedroom apartment, (unit 5), was clean and tidy and stock with sufficient homewares to be comfortable. The views and sunshine where great on both decks. The rooftop BBQ was really convenient when we had quests.

Location Location Location

A beautiful apartment overlooking the Maroochy River. We arrived and were greeted by Morrie (the Manager) and his trusty sidekick Jesse James (Maltese and oh so cute)
The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Was clean, comfortable, and roomy.
The pool was refreshing, clean and for my 6ft10 frame...plenty deep enough too :)
We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Close to everything.

Awesome Location

It's so nice to stay in a good sized apartment over looking the River and a walk to the beach. It's close to Restaurants, Clubs and Pubs plus all the Facilities Maroochydore has to offer. Staying on the Sunshine coast is my preferred location in Queensland.
