The room is amazing—clean and comfortable. The property is conveniently located, especially since it’s close to South Cross Station. We arrived late and missed check-in time; however, the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, which helped resolve the situation. We received the bond refund quickly. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

Very central! Great view from 47th floor

First of all, thanks for being able to check in late and pick up the key in the Ezymarkt downstairs. Also the accommodation with the deposit great!
You can't have a light sleep in the apartment. It creaks everywhere on the windows and through the apartment door crack when it is strong windy as during my stay.
In the bedroom a bit stuffy as the air conditioning does not reach there. A fan is available for this.
Unfortunately, the sofa has sat through.
The view is great, but unfortunately you can't open a window.
The kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea and there was even a liter of milk.
Washing machine and dryer available. Only unfortunately a clothes rack was missing for drying the laundry.
Shower was good.
All in all, it was ok. Very central.

The room was good enough, but the cleanliness was questionable at best. The hand soap in the bathroom was just leftover soap filled with water, and the bathroom smelled of something rotting.
I complained about it to the staff, but none of the staff were fluent in English. I would understand if we were staying in Chinatown, but this was in the CBD. They didn't do anything in the end, so we ended up living with it for 3 nights and bought our own air freshener and liquid soap. Another thing is why their office only opens from 9 AM to 3:30 PM when check-in is at 2 PM? It seemed as if it was a huge hassle for them to check people in at 5 or 6 PM when those are reasonable times for guests to arrive.

Good accommodation in great location

The location of the apartment was excellent, just minutes from Southern Cross station. Plenty of food options around as well and trams stops just outside the apartment.
Check in was quick and easy and staff was friendly.
The 2 bedroom apartment was large consisting of 2 separate bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen/dining and TV lounge area. I though the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms we pretty clean.
The only negative comment were the conditions of the carpets. They were bad, worn and had stains all over.
