Exceptional service, wonderful staff, and a great birthday surprise!
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredible team. Every single staff member I encountered treated me exceptionally well, always greeting me with warm welcomes and genuine smiles. There was a gentleman at reception whose name I didn't catch, but he provided a wonderful, warm welcome right from the start.
I particularly want to highlight two team members, Terieva and Juliana, who were also incredibly hospitable and really set a great tone for my stay.
Terieva went completely above and beyond what you would expect from standard customer service.
On a Sunday, the stove in my room stopped working. I had called reception earlier and had been waiting, so I went downstairs on my way out to check on the status. Because the engineering team wasn't available that day, Terieva actually took the initiative to figure it out and fix the stove herself! I was so impressed by her dedication to solving a guest's problem right then and there.
To top it all off, she also noticed it was my birthday during my stay. Without me ever bringing it up, she surprised me with a lovely birthday treat. Her kindness, high attentiveness, and genuine care for guests are truly rare.
If you're looking for a hotel with a team that truly cares about your experience and makes sure you have everything you need, I highly recommend staying here. Huge thanks to the entire staff, and especially to Terieva and Juliana, for making my stay so memorable!

The only thing good about this was its location and the front desk front desk was friendly and accommodating. Pam was lovely. The cleanliness of theroom well take your thongs. You’ll need to shower in them as there is mould from one end of the bathroom to the other. Nothing has been wiped over for a long time. lots of dust. If you have room service your beds aren’t made you get fresh towels and that’s it. The dishes in the cupboard are wet and dirty and nothing is in the room as it should be. There’s no extra toilet paper. There is no detergent.There’s no dishwashing powder.,

Have stayed here a few times and the fact that I keep returning is a testament to the property. This time the room I had was near the aircon vents and was very noisy, and I asked for a quieter room which was duly provided. As a regular stayer I was rewarded with a gift, and I had to follow up for this gift. Small things, and not deal breakers, but something to watch.

This is a bit of a hidden gem, it’s right in the middle of the City, yet totally discreet. Staff go above and beyond to help and the rooms are quiet, spacious and totally functional. Pool and Fitness area is first rate. Great value for money.
