Disgusting

It was absolutely disgusting. Wasn’t what was advertised. It was not up to building code. Fire extinguisher not only out of date and pin pulled it was full of dust. Ceiling extinguishers weren’t working.
Oven like a filth pit. Shower tap not even working. Had things stolen from my room. Owner never gave back $100 key deposit, told this is what he does. Had to call police for our safety. Stayed in hallway as too scared to stay in room.

Authorities should investigate and revoke licence for thiis property

The night I stayed in City Lifestyle Accommodation on November 12 was so bad that it was beyond belief.
The room was pokey with no external window  and had virtually nothing in it. 
There was no comfortable chair, no telephone, dirty marks on the walls, no fridge in which to keep my prescription medicines,  no kettle or tea/coffee or milk supplies (I had to go and find a shop to buy essentials.)
There was a kettle in communal kitchen, but again no tea/coffee making  supplies .
The kitchen was not at all clean and badly needs redecorating.
The shared combined bathroom and toilet was really dirty with and covered in black mould. It was so bad that I did not dare risk taking a shower in it.
Since it was shared by people from 5 separate rooms, I experienced long delays waiting touse this facility which was frequently occupied.
Maybe a separate toilet might have helped, but really it requires more facilities with this number of people sharing.
Cabinets were water damaged and like the walls had paintwork that  was chipped and had dirty marks on it.
The paper thin walls meant that every sound made by other guests, as well as their music, could be heard. This kept interrupting my sleep.
Overall an overpriced and disgusting place to stay.
Authorities should make an inspection and revoke the operator's licence as providers of accommodatin  to the fee paying public until such time as  acceptable standards have been implemented.

Avoid this accomodation - bed bugs and mould

Genuinely do not book this accomodation! It is majorly disgusting and misleading.
There were immediate red flags: there is no external signage on the building and the “reception” is in a bedroom. You are also required to pay a $100 bond on arrival.
The room I booked (via Booking.com) does not make it clear that it is a hostel room and shared bathroom/living space. Would not have booked otherwise.
The shared bathroom was disgusting: the tiles were covered in mould which had been attempted to be painted over, and there was a bar of soap covered in someone’s hair.
The worst was the bed bugs!! The bed was full of them and they bit me all night (see photos).

This was the WORST hotel experience ever!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a self check-in, but they didn’t respond me even the day I arrived there are no instructions at all!. I booked a room with a private toilet but got shared facilities instead. The entire place reeked of smoke, including my room, and the constant loud music and rowdy guests made it impossible to relax. To top it off, the smell of hashish filled the air, making me feel sick and I could clearly hear other guests having loud sex.
The worst part? I booked for 5 days but left after an hour. I tried contacting the hotel for a refund, but they refused. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this place at all costs.

Bad Experience

Booked this room for 5days room was is ok condition the roof was open and the worst was the washroom not cleaned properly with broken shower very uncomfortable and unhygienic wouldn't recommend family or couples. Also the person who was incharge of the apartment wouldn't respond quickly neither helpful.
