Not for family stay
The rooms are dingy and not very clean. We saw multiple spiders in the room. Being from
australia it didn’t fluster us but that’s not what you expect in a hotel room. Yes the rates are cheap but basic cleanliness is a must. I have stayed in cheaper hotels but never come across something like this. I wouldn’t recommend it to people planning to stay with families.

1 star because I couldn’t give zero.
Had terrible ant infestation, was accused of causing it.
Manager said he couldn’t do anything as he doesn’t work on Sunday, he sprayed room with ant spray, and left dead ants everywhere for me to clean up.
Only got 1 star as there is no option for zero.
Manager then had cheek to be upset because I had removed keys from Fob..
Checked out immediately, seeking refund and the place be closed on health and safety grounds.
Glad I didn’t eat in the restaurant.

Worst experience for 20 years
Upon room entry, the Air-conditioning was only blowing hot air, and after contacting front desk by mobile phone as the room phones do not work anymore. The front desk guy said there was nothing he could do, so I asked for another room which he offered the other spa room which they do not give out as its musty, spider webs everywhere, so I said this is not good enough. He said mate, i could have let the room 101 100 times over so don't complain. He brought to my room a desk fan and said that's all he has. The main TV didn't work, and the small bedroom TV was not working properly due to the antenna cable. The add says, restaurant, bar/lounge and Foxtel cable TV, and in-house movies, none of which they had. The room vents were covered in dark greasy substance, and the wardrobe bead up the wall had fallen off against the bed.
Overall experience is a minus 10 for customer being helped out by front staff.
