Great location/ beautiful riverside rooms with amazing views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super comfy bed and yummy buffet breakfast.

Bad room serviy

We stayed at hotel for July 2026. Location, room & food was very good.
Hotel service was very unorganised. After whole day of travelling when we reached to hotel their drinking station didn’t have any water or glasses at the reception. We checked in and went to room. They don’t provide even a bottle of water in room. I called reception to send a bottle of water. Reception lady requested to
Oickmit up from the reception for $2 otherwise she will charge me $6.
Next day we left the sign to service the room on the door. Nobody cleaned our room no toilets paper when we got back to hotel after whole day of travelling. Called house keeping no answer. Called reception to ask for a reason for not cleaning the room she said she is sending someone now at 8pm to clean the room when we needed the room the most.

We had a beautiful Riverview room. Breakfast was awesome and the staff are so lovely.
Will definitely stay here again.

Was an adequate stay. Staff were very helpful. Food was decent. Temperature in the hotel was too warm, things were not very clean and the hotel clearly needed updating.

A super stay

Really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The hotel is very centrally situated near the river and opposite a major tram route to St Kilda.
The bed was super comfy with a selection of pillows for preference. The breakfast buffet had many delicious options and catered to all tastes.
A special mention and thanks to Kathleen at reception who was very helpful with all our enquiries about getting around and signed us up for IHG rewards.
Would strongly recommend staying here.
